Purpose of technique:

The purpose of the procedure is to consciously evoke and dissolve the subconscious contents that exist as strong emotional charges, at the same time blocking specific chakras. Blocked chakras prevent the free circulation of energy, therefore preventing the realization of a specific consciousness. This, in turn could lead to challenges in establishing harmonious romantic relationships (2nd chakra) and a closed heart that fails to radiate love (4th chakra).

It is necessary to explain how these energetic charges are formed, and why the procedure for their dissolution would be enlightening and acceptable to our minds. A vague and theoretic approach without actually understanding would not yield results. In this case we have challenges with the second and fourth chakra.

Problem with the second chakra:

Relationship issues. Each individual conflict, disagreement, or dispute with a strong emotional charge creates an energetic layer in the second chakra. During periods of strained relationships, these moments accumulate, meaning there are more layers of energetic blockages in the chakra. It’s important to note that this occurs even when avoiding a specific conflict with a partner by internalizing negative thoughts and emotions toward them (anger, resentment, etc.).

Problem with the fourth chakra:

It operates on the frequency of love, and the exact opposite energy is grief. When we desire someone and they betray or hurt us, we unconsciously change the vibration from love to grief in the heart chakra. Grief is a dense, immovable, sticky energy that forms and stagnates in the heart chakra, blocking the flow of energy. Therefore, the love energy trying to reach someone new is hindered by these layers of grief, perhaps from past relationships. It is essential to clear this.

Clearing technique:

To clear blockages in the second chakra, recall the three worst conflicts with your partner (possibly an ex). Close your eyes and focus on them; they will be the main theme of the process. The process is a form of conscious self-guidance and self-dialogue. Choose a quiet place, have a clear intention, and be ready to work through this.

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and consciously relax your body for a few minutes. Take a few deep breaths, draw your breath deep into yourself—don’t rush. Open your “mental screen” and vividly bring to life the biggest conflict. In it, you and your partner are present. The scene is probably awful, filled with explosive words, feelings, disrespect, and aggression. No one is aware of the potential harm.

Now, as an observer, you also have an essential energy connection to the scene because you are a participant there. Through this connection, you have the power to change and create. Visualize opening your heart, feeling it. In the scene, experiencing it for the second time as an observer, send powerful love—rose, bright, golden energy. Don’t interrupt; be persistent. There is much love within you. Witness how the atmosphere gradually changes from strong aggression to peace and calmness. From dark and dense, explosively red, to gentle, light, transparent, peaceful. Send love to the entire atmosphere, love yourself, send love to your partner. Send it because it’s needed; a happy person cannot wage war with their closest one.

Do this with your deepest feelings. Remember, a purely mental approach doesn’t yield results. Feel it; let your intuition guide you when it’s enough. When the scene changes to one of peace, warmth, light, and love, start the last crucial part. Make a clear, firm decision and tell your partner that you forgive them for hurting you, that you release them with the greatest love of your life, and that you will not allow them to limit you in the future. Apologize if you have consciously or unconsciously harmed them, send them off with love from your life. Bring the focus back to your breathing; slowly open your eyes.

May it be for your highest good.

After this technique, you should feel warmth and peace within you, and this indicates successful completion. If you don’t succeed the first time, repeat until you do. It is very rare to succeed the first time, so keep trying. This powerful technique dissolves subconscious charges into love and light, erases subconscious blockages, and strengthens the flow of natural energy to the specific chakra.

Repeat the same technique for the blockages in the fourth chakra, recalling one to three traumatic events where someone hurt you and made you sad. Work through them in a similar way.
