How can you learn to stop rushing through life?

How can you learn to stop rushing through life?

Think about this… Why you shouldn’t rush through life? Because if you rush, you will NEVER create a genuine connection, let alone a meaningful relationship, with yourself. Rushing through life means living like a biological machine. Life will pass you by like a dream, almost as if it never even happened.

This is the deeper truth behind the saying “time flies.” It really means there were no beautiful moments that you consciously enjoyed. You weren’t fully aware of yourself. There’s no density of memorable impressions along your timeline, moments you cherished with your full conscious presence. Simply put, there’s no real life…just a faint illusion of living.

So, what can you do?

Dedicate time for yourself every day.

  • Practice Reiki sessions regularly.

This will help you balance and center yourself, aligning your being on all levels and physically (your physiological processes), emotional, mental, and spiritual.

  • Meditate regularly.

Try a meditation style such as “Descending into your spiritual center.”

  • Perform a daily “reset.”

After you finish working or studying, lie down and spend at least 15 minutes deeply relaxing.

  • Spend time in deep nature often.

Consciously make an effort to truly feel and connect with it.

  • Align yourself with the natural cycles.

Go to bed early (9–10 PM) and wake up early (5–7 AM).

I could go on, but the essence is this: All these processes guide you back to yourself. They center you around your inner core and synchronize your mind’s pace with the rhythm of your deep inner being.

Currently, you are attuned to an artificial rhythm…the rhythm of the Matrix, a rhythm someone else imposed on you, and you believe it’s yours!
