“You cannot receive what you do not already have.” – This is a well-known principle that appears across various spiritual and philosophical traditions.

I always find great joy when given the opportunity – no matter how small – to speak about fundamental principles. Naturally, I will also strive to answer the question in a clear and tangible way.
As members of the Western world geographically, we are also the inheritors of a collective mindset that we unconsciously absorb, as if drinking it in like an invisible fluid.
I must take this opportunity to point out that the collective unconscious is a construct designed at higher levels to shape society in a way that serves specific interests…ultimately creating an army of obedient workers. These individuals generate material wealth (as crude energy) and experience strong negative emotions (as subtle energy), both of which feed into and sustain a central system.
The restriction of access to true knowledge, teachings, and wisdom is a deeply ingrained practice, reinforced in multiple ways. One of the most effective methods is the fabrication and reinforcement of false truths, carefully woven into the collective unconscious. Society is fed illusions presented as reality. For example:
“Truth is only what we can objectively perceive – what we can see, hear, smell, touch, and taste.”
Yet, science itself tells us that our senses detect only 0.005% of the total frequency spectrum of the universe (and the human eye perceives even less!). This fact is rarely acknowledged.
Now, consider this: we are conditioned to believe that the only reality we live in is the one we can observe around us, yet this is less than 1% of all that exists in the universe. Moreover, we are trained to direct all our energy solely toward the material world, treating it as the only “real” truth.
This leads to eternal struggle, relentless dissatisfaction, and the illusion of never having enough.
We create more and more material wealth, yet we remain oblivious to the fact that we ourselves benefit the least from what we generate. We are never satisfied, so we keep creating more in an attempt to fill an inner void – unknowingly feeding a cycle of low vibrational emotions. This cycle repeats endlessly, carrying over into subsequent lifetimes, trapping us in an eternal loop of striving and suffering.
We remain completely unaware that the external world is a reflection of our internal world. We are oblivious to the Law of Synchronicity, failing to recognize that like vibrations attract like vibrations.
And so, in a state of constant dissatisfaction, we continue chasing an ever-elusive material reality, perpetually attracting experiences that reinforce our dissatisfaction – but we remain blind to the mechanism at play.
The solution: A shift in perspective
Let us break free from this cycle. Let us turn inward. Let us cultivate a rich and beautiful internal world – because only then can we attract an equally abundant external reality.
At this point, it is important to differentiate between two types of creation:
- Creating a specific goal, desire, or project: a focused manifestation with a clear mechanism, which we will now explore.
- Cultivating a deeply enriched internal world, filled with multi-dimensional depth, dynamic energy, and an unbreakable connection to the Great Source – the Creator. When this inner wealth is fully developed, you establish a continuous and powerful link to the Source of All Things.
If you succeed in cultivating this connection, you will realize that creation happens instantaneously – in a single thought. Many of you have already experienced brief moments of this power, but until now, you may not have been fully aware of the significance of those moments.
Steps from visualization to creation
Now, let’s enter a meditative state and explore the process:
In the final moments before falling asleep (as your consciousness transitions into the Alpha state – an essential window of opportunity) or in the first moments after waking up, close your eyes and gently guide your awareness into the vortex of your fourth chakra (the heart center).
As you journey through this vortex, you will arrive at your spiritual core – the temple of your true self. This is a sacred refuge, a place of absolute security, warmth, and peace. Often, you may hear a faint, familiar cosmic melody in the background.
Once in this space, activate your “mental screen”.
- Calmly and deliberately visualize the reality you wish to manifest.
- Take your time…the entire universe belongs to you.
- Enrich your vision – add colors, textures, scents, movements, and intricate details.
- Infuse it with life, energy, and spirit.
When you feel completely immersed in your vision, step into it.
- You are now inside your new reality.
- Feel it with all your senses.
- Let it resonate deeply within you – let it sink into your bones.
- Fully embrace this new state of being.
And most importantly: bring yourself to the emotional certainty that it is already accomplished.
“It is DONE. It is DONE. It is DONE!”
Feeling fulfilled, slowly shift your focus back to the present moment:
- Pay attention to your breath.
- Feel the weight of your body.
- Move your fingers and toes.
- Open your eyes.
Congratulations! Your manifestation process has begun.
Since your spiritual core maintains an open connection to the Great Source, your creation will be submitted for alignment with your higher mission. If it is in harmony with your purpose in this lifetime and does not interfere with another’s karmic path, your manifestation will be approved – and the process of materialization will begin.
