Living a decent life, average everyday experiences, life sorted out – I had everything I needed, yet there was this underlying feeling of something missing within me.
“A deeper call for something more than meets the eye was my motivation to explore spirituality.
First, I did it on my own by reading books, taking part in forums, journaling, meditations etc. However, my real spiritual development started after I took part in a traditional Reiki 1 course with Ljubomir as a teacher.
After the attunement I felt so full of joy, buzzing energy filling my body and I started developing inner vision after a while. The inner call for helping and healing people started to resonate and align deeper within me, just as the journey of broadening my consciousness begun.
A process of evolving, as the change I have undergone alternated my worldview, beliefs, some values, some of my interests and emotional reactions. Once deeper truths were unveiled, I couldn’t go back to the older way of thinking and reacting, although I was experiencing much more on the emotional and mental plane.
Like a butterfly cannot go back to being a caterpillar, kind of change. Learning that in order to heal others one has to first heal oneself, inevitably led to continuing my Reiki journey with Ljubomir. I’m pretty thankful for all the shared knowledge and experiences, as well as all the examples from his practice. Treasure! 😊
