Who stands behind the mask?
In this dual world, the mask behind which we exist has a positive aspect as well. This means we can define it with the “aspect,” a part of our personality. Sometimes we are a teacher, sometimes a businessman, sometimes a parent, sometimes a coach, a friend, a companion, a brother, a sister. The most important thing to understand is that there’s a big trap we can fall into, and people often do. And that is for us to recognize, identify, and merge with one of those roles. Always, detach from the mask, always contemplate, Who is watching from behind the mask? You are not the mask, as there are many masks; then, who are you? You are behind the mask.
